  • What can I expect in my first session?
    Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your goals, current challenges, and history so we can create a plan that feels right for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process.
  • How long is each session?
    Most sessions are 50 minutes. This includes both individual and couples counselling, whether in-person or online.
  • Do you offer online counselling?
    Yes. I offer secure Telehealth sessions so you can connect from the comfort of your own space.
  • What kinds of issues can you help with?
    I work with clients navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, work stress, burnout, and life transitions.
  • How much do sessions cost?
    Individual counselling: $150 (50 minutes) Couples counselling: $200 (50 minutes)
  • Are your services covered by insurance?
    Many insurance plans cover counselling with a registered clinical counsellor. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage. I can provide receipts for submission.
  • What if I can’t find a time that works?
    You can join my waitlist, and I’ll contact you when an appointment becomes available.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book directly through my online booking system or contact me by phone or email.
